RECOMMENDATIONS

"Sanjana's participation in our organisational activities can be divided into two parts.
The first part is that of her being super pro-active when it came to working on new projects which might have been outside her comfort zone. As a small organisation working with individuals who show this kind of proactiveness is paramount; and Sanjana fit right into that. 

The second part is that of kindness. Agency life can be unforgiving at times. Terrible deadlines, even worse work timings. Which meant poor temper from time to time. Sanjana's reaction to such moods at work have been splendid and not only that - her kind and honest nature was one of the reasons we all found joy in working through some of the craziest times during the pandemic. 

I personally think anyone would be lucky to have Sanjana on board as their team member. It's amazing what she can bring to the table and I can't wait to see what the future holds for her!"
